In the All Opportunities tab, we are only displaying the active opportunities that you decided to follow (or that SMA or the client nominated you for). An active opportunity is any opportunity that still has not been booked by SMA or the client. The Period of Performance (PoP) dates may not accurately reflect whether an opportunity is active (inactive, or staffed). The PoP is the Business Development Lead's best estimation of when the assignment will start and end. The PoP is sometimes moved up or delayed.
Inactive or staffed opportunities are removed from the associate's All Opportunities tab. In your case, 13 out of 58 opportunities that you have followed, have been made inactive or have been staffed. An inactive opportunity is any opportunity that has been removed from the system for any reason - usually, the client has decided not to staff the opportunity anymore or at this time. Staffed opportunities are opportunities where an associate has been booked by SMA or the client.
Please note that booking an opportunity means that it has become an assignment or a deployment.
