Deployment Role Status Values:
1 (User Added Provisional) - User has added role to their profile
6 (User Added Pending) - Candidate has stated their project history is complete, recruiter to review
7 (User Added Displayed) - Recruiter has offered a rate, candidate to accept or reject
4 (User Added Accepted) - Associate has accepted the rate offered, being hiring process
5 (SMA Provisional) - Associate has been deployed once in given role
3 (SMA Approved) - Associate has been deployed two or more times in given role
