Add more projects and confirm project history

You will need to get your profile to 80% before you can get hired. The only mandatory thing I see missing from your profile are projects. These projects can be anything you worked on during your previous employments that relates to the roles you already have in your profile. 

I would encourage you to add at least 5-10 years’ worth of projects to your profile before confirming your project history is complete for any of your roles. Your project history will be viewed by our recruiters when they evaluate your profile, and if you are hired, it will also be viewed by clients when they are deciding if you are a good fit for their needs. 

After your profile has reached 80% and you are satisfied with the project history you have added for a role, you need to go back to the Deployment Roles tab and confirm that your project history for that role is complete by clicking on the “Actions Menu” next to the role, and then the blue exclamation mark inside it.
