To get access to TOD the first thing you need to do is access your SMA email. I checked, and it seems your SMA email is set up properly. To access it, follow these instructions:
- Use this link to go to the outlook website portal.office.com
- From here you can enter your SMA email address (#SMA Email#) and click “Next”
- When it asks you for your password click the link that says “Forgot my password”
- Follow the instructions on the next page, and a new password will be sent to the personal email address you have on file with SMA (#Personal Email#)
Once you have access to your SMA email, you can get access to TOD by requesting a new password. Go to the sign in page for TOD and click on “Log In”, then click on “Forgot Your Password”. Enter your SMA email and a temporary password will be sent to that address. You can then use that password to sign into TOD.
